MCAT marks submitted a few weeks ago, still "not received"

Should I call and see if they've got my MCAT marks or not - or is the delay normal?

My MCAT marks are also showing up as "not received". I released them sometime in September... hmm...

I'm in the same boat. I submitted my THx report on the 27th of September (the day after they came out) and although the AAMC system lists the status as "complete", MUN's system doesn't recognize that they've arrived on their server. If I was a betting man I'd say we're safe!

I was talking with someone at the admissions office and they mentioned their paper work is backlogged at the moment (so many people send everything in at the last minute). I was looking to confirm my reference letters were received and they told me to check back late this week as there is a good chance the papers were received but have yet to be entered into the system.

 

Maybe the same is true for the MCAT marks.

Regarding MCAT scores, this was on Memorial's online admissions page:

 

"With regard to the MCAT scores, please be advised that your scores will not be indicated as received on the on-line admissions system. We will electronically merge the MCAT scores as soon as possible with all successfully submitted applications. Please ensure you have released all sets of scores to this medical school."
