You should contact an admissions administrator in order to accelerate the process. Application needs to be cleared by the Admissions office before completing and making payment. What is this? vip_138 Posted October 12, 2007 Report Share Posted October 12, 2007 I did my online app and when i tried to submit it said the same thing, so i thought i'ld have to do it by paper. The next day i got an email saying: "It has been noted that you attempted to apply for admission using the online undergraduate application form but were blocked because of a duplicate condition. This condition arose as you had a previous application or partial application in the online system, or you had previously applied to and/or attended the University of Manitoba. If you wish, you may now continue to use the online application system as the duplicate condition has been cleared." I was able to submit my online app after this.
