from sudbury but now living in the USA

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I was born in Sudbury, stayed there until I was 24, I went to Laurentian for a BSc, did a MSc at UBC and now working at a radiotherapy clinic in a small town in Georgia, USA. Ive been working here for about a year now as a radiotherapy physicist but now Ive realized I want to cure patients first hand instead of behind the scenes. All my family and most of my friends still live in Sudbury and I really miss living in NO. I am considering applying to NOSM but was worried that because I've been away from NO for nearly 4 years now it might count against me. Could some of you students share your comments on what you think I should do. Should I even apply to this school.

Thanks and God Bless,
