The house is located on a quiet, tree-lined street, close to bus routes and the LRT, connecting you quickly to the downtown, the U of A hospital and the Royal Alexandra hospital. Rent is $175 a week. This includes cable tv, highspeed internet, heat, water and electricity, as well as full use of the double garage and all common areas of the house.
