K guys, can you tell me if I am screwed?

 

One of my refs has disappeared from the face of the earth and he hasn't sent in my reference letter yet.

 

So while I've been scouring the earth for this fellow, the application deadline has passed almost 3 weeks.

 

Will my application be jeopardized severely?
