I'm a first-year med student at Laval U (Quebec City) but I have a duplexe in downtown Montreal. The upstairs apartment will be available as of April. It's got 2 bedrooms, an office, a fridge, a stove, a washing machine and a dryer. It currently has one bed with a mattress in it that can remain or go.

 

It's located along the green subway line, station Frontenac. It's a 15 to 20 minute ride, door-to-door, from the house to the McGill Faculty of Medicine.

 

I can rent it short term or long term.
