Important Question - RCSI vs. Caribbean

Hi, I have to acknowledge my acceptance offer by May 23rd for RCSI. There is a significant deposit to be paid. I am still waiting to hear from U of T, my other choice.

 

I have a simple question: Is a 5-year MD at RCSI in Ireland BETTER than a 4-year MD at any caribbean school?

 

I ask this because I am not sure whether to accept this offer in case I dont get into U of T, or whether to forget about it completely and apply to the caribbean if I don't get into U of T.
