Guest GP2B
nice to see another dylan fan i would suggest you take a peek in your school library for books by malcolm taylor and michael rachlis. the books by taylor that i have read provide an excellent history of the system, while rachlis discusses many contemporary issues. also, you might want to look at the romanow report, which is available online at www.hc-sc.gc.ca/english/c...ndex1.html i hope this helps!
