I'm interested in cardio and i'm interested in research. what canadian schools are known as the best schools for cardio? is there a large divide between the 'best' and the 'worst' programs? it's a few years away, but never to early to plan. I unfortunately don't know much of anything about the relative strengths and weaknesses of the Cardiology fellowship programs in Canada.
