It is a great location for UofA students/ The condo is literally a block away from the hospital. It is perfect for med students and residents. DaveC Posted May 26, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 26, 2009 We weren't able to sell the condo last summer... so we are going to try again. I was able to get a renter really quickly last fall.
