Edmonton Condo

I don't know if this post is allowed in this forum but my mail was bounced from the 2012 mailing list for the U of A Med class, and this condo is well matched to said class. I've also posted in classifieds.

 

My wife and I have lived in this condo since it was built in 2003. She just started her PGY2 and we are going to move into a house. It is a great location for UofA students.

 

The condo is literally a block away from the hospital. It is perfect for med students and residents.

Updated for 2009

 

We weren't able to sell the condo last summer... so we are going to try again.

 

I was able to get a renter really quickly last fall. If we don't find a buyer, I will have a great condo right beside the UAH for rent.
