waterluv Posted November 1, 2008 Report Share Posted November 1, 2008 Hi all, I just went to Canada post webpage and tracked my transcript, which said that the transcript was received at post office in Halifax but it was on hold at recipient's request. WHAT does that mean? Is Dal known for making the post office to hold all the letters they get from applicants and just pick them at at later date?
