juicyprunes
Can anyone share some experiences/recommendations for electives/precetors in ENT at Dal, UWO, U of T, or otherwise?? Thanks!!
blinknoodle
If you are interested in head and head oncology, I recommend Dr Dale Brown at TGH in Toronto. If you are interested in otology, I recommend Dr Parnes at UH in London.
svp2k5
Dr. Fung in London is a great preceptor, a great surgeon, and a fun team to work on.
spider
Another good one at UofT for head and neck oncology is Dr. Jonathan Irish. He's been featured in the show "The Surgeons", which unfortunately is not aired anymore.
juicyprunes
Thanks everyone! Any advice for away electives? - i.e. make the most of limited time with preceptors and etc. Thanks!

007
I haven't done any ENT, but from what I know pretty much everyone at Dal is great to work with.
A-Stark
I just had a "half-day" in ENT this afternoon. All of the ENT staff at Dal seem pretty nice. You might consider David Morris, Gerard Corsten, Jonathan Trites, or Joe Nasser. I've also heard that Mark Taylor is a good choice insofar as assisting in the OR goes. There's only one I actually wouldn't recommend, but PM me if you want to hear about that.
