3rd year elective in the USA?

Are there any med schools that you know of in the USA that allow you to do a 3rd-year elective there?

 

All the ones I know of require you to be in your "final year of medical school."

 

I do know of people who have done a two-week 3rd year elective in Hawaii and Pittsburgh... any other places?
