Is this a full course load?

5 courses last semester, 3 courses this semester.

 

Is this considered a full course load since it totals up to 8 courses between Sept and April?

I think I read somewhere once that UofC considers a full course load to be at least 4 courses/semester.

 

Check on that though.

"Full-time is considered to be no less than 4 full courses (or 8 half) per session, September to April." (Straight from the UoC Applicants Manual)

 

So, you should be in the clear =).

i would double check that with the admissions office...the might not accept your second semester as a full time semester even though you took 8 course over the whole year...i had major problems with this at the UofA so I would definitely check with the admissions office.
