DDSDMD
I just found this on the forum.. Janet Han, "I've emailed U of T about this if you apply after 3rd year, they will look at your 1st and 2nd yr if you apply 4th year, they will look either 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, or 1st and 3rd and take your highest grade" So is this valid information? Thanks everyone,
bigzinc10
It would be best just to call UofT and get the answer first hand. They consider all of your courses pass/fail and summer sessions; at the end of each academic year they will calculate your GPA based on the grades you got and whether it was half year or full year. Fraises
Yes, sadly, they actually do take summer courses into consideration. I only found out like last month when i called in~ Your situation actually applies to me too~ I was doing great during the academic year (~4.0) and screwed up my summer marks because I was taking 3 credits in the summer lol i'm such a dumbass so i got no interview invites from UofT their website needs to be clearer on this summer school inclusion, eh
DDSDMD
Yes, true that lol I just called the admissions office and they DO drop your worst year if you apply during your 4th year of undergrad.
Contach
Yes, true that lol I just called the admissions office and they DO drop your worst year if you apply during your 4th year of undergrad. but.. the year that they drop won't be your most recent year? (ie. your 4th) correct?
freebird
but.. the year that they drop won't be your most recent year? (ie. your 4th) correct? Your fourth year is not counted in their decision anyways, since they make their decision before they get your final transcript.
