McGill Waitlist

Hi,

 

I went through this site and found a couple of threads that said McGill's waitlist moved 2 or three spots last year and another one said it moved 12 spots.

 

Can someone confirm how many spots the waitlist has moved the past two or three years.

 

Also, when does it start moving, because according to Patricia, it hasn't moved yet....

 

I just want to get an idea. By the way I am lucky number 13.....

May 15 is when a bunch of med schools release their acceptances.. it might be worth calling around the end of May/beginning of June to see if it has moved.

 

I thought I read somewhere here that the waitlist moved only a few spots last year, but that could just be speculation.

I don't know about the IP waitlist, but I think the OOP waitlist will likely move very little this year, since they're only letting in 7 instead of their regular 10. I'm in the low double digits as well, so I feel your pain

Last year ('08-'09) McGill accepted 7 OOP, and I know for sure the OOP waitlist moved to the 3rd spot - not sure if it went beyond that though!
