I have a bedroom + living room combo (the entire top floor) available June 1st. $550/mth First & last rent required. References appreciated. Features: *One bedroom & private living room (the whole top floor!) furnished with bed, futon, couch, desk, dresser, wardrobe & closets *Shared bath, kitchen, & laundry facilities *Big backyard with BBQ & patio set *Tons of space for storing a bike etc. *Cable TV, wireless high-speed internet, & utilities included (except phone) *There is one small, super friendly dog in residence as well. My address is 138 S. Rockwood Ave., P7B 4K2 5 min drive / 20 min walk to LU / 30 min walk to Hospital The house is close to grocery stores, take-out, restaurants. Major bus route #3 stops at the top of the block on Red River Rd. The kitchen is shared, including dishes, pots and pans, and various gadgets. Laundry is downstairs and there is also a clothesline. A little about me: I'm a 28 year old female, born and raised in Tbay. I own the house and occupy the main floor. I'm pretty laid back and friendly and work full time 9-5. Any questions?
