dentshopeful
I was wondering if anyone knows how it works regarding deferal: is it possible to even defer acceptance to dental school? If so, what are legitimate reasons for defering? How about if you HAVE to go abroad for a year, is there any way to defer acceptance? Because it would be a real shame to have to go through the entire application process again. Also, assuming it is not possible to defer, and you get accepted but decline, and then apply 1-2 years later, do they view this poorly and does it affect your chances of getting in again? Thanks! bone
I know western allows people to defer there acceptance only if they are going to do masters in dental science or something like that.
dentshopeful
it was just a hypothetical situation, I haven't been accepted (hoping to be accepted to UWO) but something came up and I may have to decline if I am accepted, in which case I just wanted to know if it is possible to get a deferal, I'm sure they do it on a case by case basis, but I just wanted to know if it even happens at all...
