A healthy lifestyle is very important,

including good nutrition and regular exercise.

Be yourself - pursue your own dreams!

Strauss-Kahn in court at the moment.

His defence will be consentual sex.

Arrogance of the rich and famous.

I hope that justice will prevail.

While at first, we don't succeed

in all endeavours, we keep trying.

And eventually our dedication and perseverance

are crowned with the ultimate success

we each have earned and deserve.

Then finally, how sweet it is!

There is no rush as in

the fullness of time, it will

happen - one stage of our journey.

There will other mountains to climb,

new challenges to overcome and conquer.

This - the constant in our lives!

Life does not stand still, ever.

Work hard to achieve your goal.

120 security personnel killed in Syria

(reported by Syria, so probably worse)

perhaps the population becoming better organized

hoefully, this demonstrating tide is changing

Act illegally - expect to get caught.

(When you play, expect to pay.)

Cerena has gone poof and disappeared. :(

Michelle, John joined a day apart.

having more in common than discussed. ;)

The sun shines, Michelle also shines,

John does not :D but will try,

but we're quite the group here! :P

Pacing ourselves, trying to advance forward,

so as to contribute to society

consistent to our values and attributes.

We crawl, walk, swim, run, parachute

in our times, getting there finally.

And then next journey, next goal.

My goal - to enjoy each journey

helping others along the life's road,

correcting harm while doing no harm,

improving, saving, prolonging, lives of others.

In Rwanda, inflamatory words incited genocide

deliberately - these words carried great weight.

Freud looks inside the mind to

explore who the person is (becoming).

Words and deeds don't necessarily coincide

someone says A and does B

When I assess a person's worth

I examine deeds first, then words.

Read the Outsider by Albert Camus.

Sometimes motivation matters more than action.

Your simplicity creates a sort of paradox.

For is the self deceived a victim?

Or is the self deceived a deceiver?

Surely, it's impossible to know, so

We must withhold judgement and forego

The self deceived is self deceived

When someone murders, his motivation - unimportant

The destructive results are murder, death

Freud examines motivation, the family mourns

I am neither Sigmund nor Jean Paul

Cannot withhold judgment for evil deeds

Quebec residents have won their battle.

16hr shifts will become the maximum.

Better for patients and for residents.
