You would be sharing a top floor 2 bedroom apartment in a small low rise with me in the Bayview Village (Bayview/Sheppard) area. The Bessarion subway station is a short walk away, with travel time to U of T being ~25min. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and has many stores including Bayview Village (Loblaws, LCBO), Cdn Tire, Ikea, McD's, Pizza Pizza, Subway. Rent would be $600/mo including heat and water. Hydro and internet would be ~$12.5/mo each. I have no preference for a girl or guy. The room is available whenever. If you are interested, send me a PM.
