jsarkis23
Well I messed up my BSC in terms of grades for two years. What happens if I start all over again in the same program? Would it be frowned upon when I apply to medschools?

Cnussey
No. It won't be frowned upon...they'll look over your history and see your "recovery".
jsarkis23
i guess that is true if that is how med schools will look at it. But I've noticed that most schools take the average of repeated courses when calculating the GPA ...and I was wondering if anyone has faced with a similar situation and actually got accepted? Cnussey
Well...some universities will just add it in with all the other courses (including the first attempts) and some universities will look at both efforts side-by-side...it really depends. It's not a bad thing.
