a long term activity for the extracurricular activities section

Hi Everyone!

this is my first post to the forum I find this forum very helpful and you guys seem really cool!!!

 

Anyways, I have a couple of urgent questions regarding the Autobiographical sketch forms

1. I've been intensively playing the violin since I was 4, but in the recent years I have been casually playing in my free time. Can I still include that as part of my extracurricular activities?

 

2. Regarding the violin, I've taken lessons and performed in many different places (I've lived in several different countries so I actually took lessons from teachers in different countries). If so, what do I write for the "geographical location"?

 

3. If I have been practicing the guitar in my own time (self-teaching), do I still include that in the extracurricular sections?
