What EC's/awards to cut ?

Right now I am over my 48 limit for EC's / etc......and am trying to figure which ones to cut, or how I can combine some into one item.

 

Other than leaving items that show me as well rounded...what type of things should definitely be left in ?

 

My figuring ....is that I should leave in long-term items over short term.

.......I should choose merit-based awards over mark-based awards

...leadership stuff trumps just being in a group

 

Is there anything else I'm missing ?

Cut things that are redundant (if you went water skiing for 5years in a row, combine the 5years in one slot). If you received the same reward a number of times, combine it.

 

If you flipped burgers at A&W and McDonald's...just enter one of them.
