There isn't really anything as a 'short' medical application. There is no essay or questions - but the EC section is pretty detailed. Just look at it. It would take you at most 5-10 hours to write a good essay. If that's too much time for you to spare in your important life, my god you are going into the WRONG CAREER. Same level of constant clicking on buttons and filling in the blanks. Minus the essay required by schools like U of T. Do it.
