Hello all,

 

A room in my apartment is freeing up in September or October onwards at. The address is 285A Winderemere Road. This is at Beaver Hall of Glenmore Apartments (on-campus student apartments) along Windermere Road. For the benefit of those who aren't sure where it is, it is conveniently located just across Western Road from the Health Sciences building and Lawson research institute, a short 3 minutes walk away from class.

 

Rent is a tremendous steal at C$327/mth inclusive of all utilities, cable TV and parking. The kitchen's very well equipt after the renovations last year inclusive of refridgerator, oven-stove and microwave. Living room furniture and TV available too. It is also quiet and conducive for studying.

 

You'd be living with a clean, non-smoker, guy 3rd year clerk. In my opinion it's a real ideal location for Schulich students if only because of it's proximity to class and the hospital.
