Here's an MD/MBA slideshow I found. There was a long misinformed post by an Ivey student on Md/MBA a couple of weeks back. FYI it's only a proposed program at the moment, though I hear some residency programs allow you to do MBA during residency as a substitute for the research component.

Yeah, I'd heard nothing of the MD/MBA program either! I'm pretty sure that such a thing does NOT exist at UWO.
