quick question! when do we get our new uwo email addresses?

Looking at my mailbox, I sent my first message from my @uwo.ca address July 29... I only found out about the @meds.uwo.ca one once I made it to London.

In theory, the answer is yes for the jdoe20xx@meds.uwo.ca "email for life" account. That's the intention.

 

I'll believe when I see. . . and hope the "for life" isn't true only due to unforseen circumstances.

 

The @uwo.ca account gets deleted once you're done at UWO. . . and they get around to it.

Ah yes, Cialis and VIagra ads- a mainstay of the UWO email accounts and perhaps the leading reason why I don't really use mine for much anymore.

Yeah, it's kind of strange how those all appeared about the same time the email-for-life jdoe20XX@meds.uwo.ca accounts were set up.
