It's a very spacious apartment in a quiet apartment building, with a gorgeous view in the summer and lots of shades! It's 5min walking distance to Queen's and Kingston General Hospital, and also 5min walking distance to downtown Kingston for groceries, etc.

 

Rent is $100/week, including all utilities and parking space.
