I don't really know why that is being said, nor what is inherently wrong w/ it, but when you see things like this, you kinda wonder. Mind you, if they pass their Canadian boards just fine, it's easier to blame the Qc Test, in which case, how come the other medical schools in Qc don't have that problem ?
