Guest peechyangel
Hi guys! I am a cegep student in my last semester. My crc isn't as high as the required one at McGill. But does anybody know if at that point McGill will actually look at my autobiography? Wish me luck!
Guest haibinyin2000
I just wanna tell you that CRC=34 is the MINIMUM R-score required in order to be considered for interview. Average CRC of those accepted is 35.
Guest Alby187
Yes! They will read your letter! The purpose of the cutoff, apart from scaring off some admissions, is to give applicants an idea of what they are up against. The grading system is 25% marks, 25% letter & references, and 50% interview. Therefore, marks arent everything. Two years back, there was a cegep student with a 37.5 crc who didnt get in because he spent all of his time studying. If your crc isnt phenomenal, focus on your extracurriculars. If you are a well rounded person with decent marks (lets say around 85), then you still have a fair chance.
