Application Booklet vs. Actual COMPASS app

In Ottawa's section of the OMSAS application booklet, the Volunteer Activities section asks "why you chose to volunteer in those particular areas" and the Extracurricular activities section asks "how you think they might have made you a better person." However, these particular instructions are not included in the actual COMPASS application. Are you guys following the instructions for both and answering all the questions, to be on the safe side?
