You'll have my private room and washroom and you'll be sharing it with my roommate, a 30y M professional. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 washroom condo at Jarvis and Wellesley on the 38th floor with a magnificent view of DT Toronto. There's also a full gym, sauna, study rooms, party room, and rooftop pool/hottub! 5 min walk away from the Wellesely subway station. $1250 (including hydro, internet and cable)
