I was wondering this as well, but where it says "After Sept. 1st, no more changes will be accepted," I am assuming that anything done on Wednesday up until midnight should be fine. gb35 Posted August 31, 2010 Report Share Posted August 31, 2010 To be perfectly technically correct, midnight tonight is Tuesday August 31st, and midnight tomorrow is September 1st. A standard international clock starts at 0001 and runs until 2400. The 0001 is the minute after midnight. So days end at midnight.
