Welcome to the forum.

 

Firstly, whatever you do, you are well advised to join the Quebec Bar as then, you will always have the ability to practice (and don't give it up). Your chances are actually better this way too as you will have more life experience, perhaps will have done more in terms of ECs/volunteering (McGill is the only Quebec medical school that considering these). I think 3,6 is on the low side but then again, the level of difficulty may raise your academic standing. Karma graduated from law before going to Laval med school and she will have first hand experience, why not send her a PM and obtain her view. You deifintely should expand horizons to the French speaking schools. As a Plan B, Sherbrooke has an entente with Queen's to take their LLB (Common Law) one year program and they have the one year Masters, including being able to commence at the Castle in the UK ansd even finish in December. You have marvelous options before you, best of luck!
