As an employee of the hospital getting paid fee for service, can anesthesiologists still incorporate themselves?

Anesthetists are not employees. They are self employed contractors contracting their services to the hospital and are able to earn their income through a professional corporation (CCPC) if desired and be eligible for the small business deduction. Many do so.
