Guest G Posted June 2, 2002 Report Share Posted June 2, 2002 Maybe someone can help me piece together some info regarding the U of Ottawa meds program. Here are a couple of questions: 1. During Stage I, do med students perform dissections to learn anatomy (within each multidisciplinary block) or is the anatomy/histology based upon prepared sections? 2. Is there a link for a sample weekly schedule at U of O meds during Stage I? 3. During Stage II/clerkship, are all the core rotations completed prior to the 14 weeks electives and 12 weeks selectives? How many weeks of electives/selectives are completed prior to the October/November deadline of fourth year for reference letters for CaRMS? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
