Good morning

I think I'm doing something wrong when I upload my birth certificate. I saved it in PDF format and it is 2.5Mo. When I click on create, it loads for a second then nothing appears.

Any suggestions ?

There might be something off with your browser settings, it sounds like the MedOAS system is having difficulty with whatever computer you are using..

 

Quick question, is there a specific document title we need to use for the birth certificate? Or can we just call it <First Name Last Name> Birth Certificate?

hey i had the same problem. I tried uploading like 10 times, with variation of pdf, pdf/a pdf/x etc. Then I switched browser. Try IE. It may work like wonder.

I used that format for the file name for my personal statement and birth certificate. I assume they'll either print the documents or change the file names to make everyone's fit the same format, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
