MariefromMontreal
Good morning I think I'm doing something wrong when I upload my birth certificate. I saved it in PDF format and it is 2.5Mo. When I click on create, it loads for a second then nothing appears. Any suggestions ? Thanks
new user name
There might be something off with your browser settings, it sounds like the MedOAS system is having difficulty with whatever computer you are using.. Quick question, is there a specific document title we need to use for the birth certificate? Or can we just call it <First Name Last Name> Birth Certificate? Quick question, is there a specific document title we need to use for the birth certificate? Or can we just call it <First Name Last Name> Birth Certificate? I used that format for the file name for my personal statement and birth certificate. I assume they'll either print the documents or change the file names to make everyone's fit the same format, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
