gg1987
Does anyone know if the Mac wait list (for acceptances, not interviews) moves quite a bit? What are a persons chances once they've gotten an interview?
proton
203 spots for 552 interviews. Don't know about the waitlist.
DubZteR
Does anyone know if the Mac wait list (for acceptances, not interviews) moves quite a bit? What are a persons chances once they've gotten an interview? I'm not sure about exact numbers because this varies from year to year but the waitlist does move. One year they had made their wait list too short and exhausted it and had to send out offers of admission to individuals they had rejected post interview. rmorelan
203 spots for 552 interviews. Don't know about the waitlist. gives about the standard answer of around 50% - which is actually what most schools are more or less. The notable exception was Queens but that was also a reaction to something that happened in the past.

Do you mean 50% of the 552 will receive offers, or 50% of the 203 seats will be passed on to waitlisters who accepted somewhere else?
HBP
As far as I recall, Mac does not over accept, so you'll only see 203 initial offers. Probably around 60% will get in though.

That sounds too good to be true. So we have a pretty decent chance of getting in DonGeo
