suziep100
So just to clarify, When U of A personal station is just used to flag the individual, what does that mean? Say if I give poor responses, which are not exactly worth flagging. But I still do awesome in all the other statinos. In this case, would my interview scores will hurt because of the ****ty responses I gave in the personal station?

No, they are scored but are not part of the MMi score that is used to grant admission, or not. If you don't get red flagged it doesn't make a difference in your app process. LostLamb
I remember the professor who introduced us to the MMI refer to the red flag with something along the lines of 'we just want to make sure you aren't walking around wielding an axe off your belthoops'. I think you will be OK.
