UBC Internal Medicine Residency

Hey guys,

I'm an incoming IM resident for UBC. Can anyone give any insight to what they like or don't like about the program (and hopefully changes that are being made).

 

I talked a chief resident there and he was saying how awesome the call schedule was (busy but the frequency was almost too good to be true), also vacation planning, locations to live, monthly take home pay (so I can figure out how much to budget, how much are all of our dues for PARBC and such..), the new sites that are coming up (Vic and Prince George), how residents are generally treated, respecting post call days... and anything else you think is important.
