Such as what dates are given off for Christmas/summer? It varies, but the Ubc calendar on Ubc.ca will usually have the dates listed. If it's undergrad you are referring to the semesters are 13 weeks long and start in the first week of September... The exam dates are usually two weeks in December. You come back first week of January and have a reading break in feb/march. Exams are usually two or three weeks in April. Summer session is another mini year from may-aug... Med school is a different beast, but from what I understand it starts the last week of aug and you go until first week of dec with exams after. Start back in Jan and go until the first week of may.
