Posted April 21, 2011 Report Share Posted April 21, 2011 I’m a 24 years old psychology student at the University of Montreal and my friend suggested I look on this forum in order to find a responsible roommate to share a 5 1/2 in Montreal. The apartment is very spacious, has a lot of natural light and is only 30 minutes away from the University of Montreal or 20 minutes from McGill university (both by transit). The available bedroom has a good sized closet as well as a private balcony. Furthermore, we would share the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and laundry room. The rent is 365$ pp/ month (utilities excluded). Electricity is around 40$ to 60$ by month, depending on the period of the year. As mentioned the room is available as of July 1st, and the lease is for one year (until June 31st 2012). I already have a roommate, but we were looking for an apartment for next year, do you happen to know if the apartment complex has other rooms available?
