How many weeks does it take to prepare for the USMLE step 1 with the goal of obtaining an excellent score(>240-250ish)? 2. How strong a background do you have in the preclerkship curriculum, particularly in the areas tested by the USMLE? Are you able to study full-time during those weeks?
