mcat with a full time job

I guess it depends on your situation.

If you just need a score and it doesnt have to be super high, then its fine with a full time job assuming you r ok with all your pre-req courses.

But I wouldn't recommend it if you are aiming to those schools that requires super high MCAT scores like 35+ and 10+ for each section.

It is very doable. And by doable, I mean that you can pull off a great score. However, I do recommend that you find a way to take two weeks off in the days leading upto the test date. That is the critical factor in pulling a great score, and a noncompetitive score. If you do this, please speak to your supervisor well in advance, giving him/her plenty of warning. I wish you the best.
