Registering

Anyone know how to go about this login situation. I am still getting the "Your Web access has been disabled. This is caused by five or more consecutive failed login attempts. Please contact us to re-activate your PIN." message.

 

First the registrar told me I needed to "create a pin" and it would be sent to my dal email. But I am not a dal student. So they then told me to set up a dal email. Should I be setting all this stuff up or should I be expecting an email from the admissions department with an account number and email?

 

Anyone who didn't do their undergrad at dal and who has got all this stuff figured out wanna help me out?
