chances with a low mcat (downward trend with 2nd try)?

Just wondering what my chances if any would be without writing the mcat for a 3rd time:

Amcas gpa: 3.7 (strong upward trend-4.0 the last 2 years)

Mcat 1: 33Q 10BS 10 vr 13 ps

Mcat 2: 31Q 14 BS 8VR 9 PS (ughh so many regrets)

Pretty decent ec's

personally i would have left well alone with a 33 .... i wouldn't rewrite at this point. Just apply early and broadly.
