Ryerson premeds?

I hear and see a lot of York premeds, and even people they are doctors that went to York, but I'm wondering if there ARE any Ryerson premeds?

 

Does anybody know anything about the science programs there? I've only ever found a handful of business majors there. Can't seem to find anyone that does science there.

 

I'm really considering going there in the fall, since I love the big city life.

I know a few premeds at ryerson and they say their class average is 40s...

 

In fact, some students in my residence are from Ryerson (i go to UTSG), they are pretty cool people though

Oh. How are the premed's marks though?

 

Do they like the program there?

i'm never seen/heard of a med student from ryerson to be honest

 

but i'm sure there must be a few

I remember seeing someone on these boards that got in to med school from the ryerson nursing program. A friend of mine is majoring in Nutrition there, and another one majored in Medical Genetics. From what they told me, it seems like smallish classes and easyish courses, though I guess everything is relative

There is absolutely no reason why you should not choose Ryerson. And on the premise that GPA is king, things being equal, you are on a path to medicine.
