Does accepting UMan offer automatically take me off of UWO waitlist?

I was offered with a position at UMan but I am also waitlisted at UWO.

 

The deadline to respond to UMan is June 10th.

If I do accept by June 10th, will I be automatically taken off the waitlist at UWO?

You won't automatically be taken off the UWO waitlist because UMan isn't in the OMSAS network/system thing. If you accepted an offer at an Ontario school you'd automatically be off the UWO one, but right now, if you accept at UMan, UWO has no way to know that you accepted that, and thus you will stay on the waitlist. Unless you call and tell them you want to be removed, or something.
