lychee
Hi everyone, The time is ticking away (T-1 week) for a re-write....I've been doing the practice tests and then reviewing the tricky stuff. I've been able to go up a couple of points in verbal and bio, but I'm still getting 7-8 on physical sciences. Does anyone have any helpful hints? I'd really appreciate it
robclem21
learn your formulas and get very quick with the math. if you are comfortable with scientific notation and the math skills necessary to work quick and you know your formulas, you should be able to improve your score pretty easily. saltandpepper
for physics, i find that trying different questions really help grasping the concept and also teach you how to apply it. have you tried EK 1001 questions? passage questions might be too much of a time consuming in your case with a week left. try as many FSQs as possible and really learn why the right answer is the right answer. focus on the topics that you are not confident with. good luck
lychee
Thanks guys - I went up a point since my last test. I'm going to try to relax, focus, and ease into it for test day. Really appreciate the feedback
FacelessMage
I did every third problem in the EK 1001 books for both physics and chemistry, and then looked over the questions I got wrong. I found that doing that really helped.
